Writing A Newspaper Article

When writing an article and talking about the country your in - do you use “we” in referal to the country? eg a Japanese newspaper (over-biased in this case) talking about Pearl Harbour, should it be ‘we attacked’ or ‘Japan attacked’?
Ok…My task is to write two heavily biased newpaper reports on the attack on Pearl Harbour (during the time) - one from the view of the Americans and the other from the view of the Japanese. If Japan was successful, shouldn’t I make it ‘we’ to make them feel involved and as propaganda?

is there a way to make the text in the columns stretch out to make it neat like in real newspapers?

I was curious who owns the copyright because I was planning on sending the same article to other newspapers. Is this legal, or is it once it’s printed , it can no longer be reprinted even though I wrote it? If they print it in their newspaper, does the newspaper own it? Any advice would be great. Thanks!

I have to write a newspaper article for school entitled “Is Justice for All Possible?” and I have to write about something that is relevant to society today. Some of the ideas for topics my teacher gave me are: current or past descrimination, business practices, and/or international issues. I really don’t know what to write about, I’ve been at this for 3 days and my mind is blank. Does anyone have any ideas of what topic I could write about?

As far as I know I only have Microsoft works and word on my computer, and I only have the powerpoint viewer. I wanted to make a little newspaper article about my 4th of July party last night, complete with pictures, that I can give my friends. I don’t want to do anything public, I just wanted to do some funny little stunt like this for my personal amusement really. Can you even add pictures using Microsoft word? I’ve been looking on the internet for templates of some kind, but I can’t find anything. can anyone help me?
And I want to print it out, put it in a report cover and give it to my friends personally.
